5 Tips for big, Brighter Eyes

Your eyes are the window to your soul. They can also say a lot about your mood and health. We all want sparkling youthful eyes that sparkle and make us appear youthful; here are five ways to get pretty eyes naturally.

Age, stress, long hours in front of the computer, poor diet, pollution, lack of sleep—all amount to poor eyesight and make your peepers look duller. But, here’s how you can bring them back to life-



1. Start your days with berries
Eat a bowl of fresh berries such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and mulberries, every morning to get bright eyes. Berries are rich in antioxidants and vitamins that give you healthy boost to your eyes and skin.

2. Tea bag and olive oil
You may have heard that placing chilled used tea bags are wonderful for the eyes. But here’s a trick to try next time—dip cotton ball in olive oil and swipe it on your eyes. Then place the chilled tea bags and relax.

3. Keep your eyes hydrated
Using the computer or phone for too long can strain your eyes and make it look tired. Make sure you keep them hydrated by blinking often. Take a break from your computer screen every 30-40 minutes.

4. Natural eye masks
Give a break to your iPad and say hello to eye pad. Natural ingredients like potatoes and cucumber have high water content that reduce puffiness and erase dark circles.

5. Be happy
Lastly, be cheerful and happy. Your eyes instantly brighten up when you’re excited , smiling and laughing. Stress, anger and fatigue can make your eyes unattractive. To stay happy and relaxed, get proper sleep, meditate and stay positive.
